Business owners live to work, but few write succession plans.

Affluent business owners enjoy their work so much that 43% want to work until age 70 or beyond. That’s nearly double the percentage of affluent Americans who don’t own a business and want to work past 70, according to a PNC Wealth Management survey. But while the fire still burns for those business owners, only 33% of them have a succession plan in place for their businesses (77% say they have a will).
