Beat complacency by speeding up

Are you constantly encouraged to enjoy the fruits of your labors? It’s all too easy to sink back into that feeling of contentment and self-satisfaction called complacency.

In the battle of Leadership vs. Complacency, a win for complacency comes across like a car pulling a trailer down a mountain. Gravity can make the trailer move faster than the car pulling it, which rocks the trailer and pushes the car. This can easily cause a wreck.

Solution: The driver must not hit the brakes to slow down, which is counter-intuitive, but needs to speed up so that the car leads the trailer.
