Here’s what a leader must have and do to make good judgment calls:
- Possess strong character.
- Show courage.
- Be a good learner.
- Create knowledge through stories that transmit ideas, values and emotional energy.
- Convey a teachable point of view.
- Prepare to make the call.
- Make the call.
- See that it’s executed.
- Learn and adjust.
