I know, you know Word. Who doesn’t? But, most of us are just skimming the surface. Here are three tips to save you time and pain from all that clicking and dragging.
Select All Text With Similar Formatting
Did you ever format certain words in a certain way, then realized they all need to be done differently? Rather than spending hours going over your document with a fine-tooth comb looking for all the instances of that formatting, click on the Select button in the Editing group on the Home tab.
Choose Select All Text With Similar Formatting. And, voilà! Now all of that text is selected in your document, and whatever formatting choices you make will be applied to all selections.
