It’s tempting to frame lots of things as the silver bullet.
But with enough thought and study, you can identify a concept called “controlling insight” as that one thing.
A controlling insight meets these three tests:
- It must apply across a wide range of situations.
- It must have a multiplier effect leading to exponential improvement.
- It must guide action. It must point to precise things, including details that can create better, more consistent outcomes.
