Do you have similarly formatted text in your document in several places and need to adjust the format? Perhaps you’ve color-coded your company name in its signature color. Perhaps you’re a few RGB numbers off. If they were all originally the same style, like Normal, this method should work.
Select a word with the format you want to change. Click on the Select button, and on the far right of the Home ribbon in the Editing group, choose “Select Text with Similar Formatting.” Once selected, you can change them all or click Clear All Formatting.
