Start your day with a routine. Go through your email and social media and provide quick responses you can send immediately. Schedule anything that takes more than a few seconds for later. Delete junk.
Use your commute time. If you’re not driving, make calls, catch up on reading or with your team.
Get out of the office when you can. Working from home helps you do more in the time you have.
Turn off your pop-up notifications. You waste time stopping and then trying to remember where you left off.
Utilize checklists and templates for repetitive tasks. They can help reduce errors.
Don’t rely too heavily on email.
