After you have wrapped up a presentation, show sincere interest in your audience’s feedback. Your listeners deserve your complete attention—after all, they just gave you theirs.
Avoid the temptation to look over your questioner’s head or to allow your eyes to wander. Instead, look each questioner in the eye, nod and say: “Thank you. I appreciate your comments. I will keep your feedback in mind the next time I speak on this topic.”
