If you have a corporate newsletter, ensure that the time you invest in creating it is worth it. Create a newsletter employees will actually read with these tips: 

  • Publish your newsletters at regular intervals. Send them out weekly, monthly or quarterly, and release them on the same day each time. 
  • Provide consistent features in each issue. Employees can anticipate their favorite columns and easily find the content they want to read first.
  • Use the same tone throughout. Use a less formal tone so that employees enjoy reading the publication.
