Facebook is still an outstanding way to connect with your customers and build your brand awareness. Don’t let your Facebook account be just another thing you do. Follow these tips to really engage your customers:
- Invest in your content. Make creating stellar content your focus. Consistently sharing content that your fans will love will keep them coming back for more.
- Post more often. Posting four to six times per day increases the odds that your posts will be seen. Just don’t overdo it on the promotions. Experts recommend an 80/20 split, with 80% of your posts being content-rich and 20% being promotional.
- Diversify your approach. Try using other successful platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest to connect with customers. If you receive a great response on a post, then cross-promote on Facebook too.
