Recent college grads who majored in business are least likely to express strong interest in the work they do now, according to a recent Gallup survey.
Compared to employees who majored in other disciplines—social sciences/education, sciences/engineering and arts and humanities—business majors reported less enthusiasm for their work, regardless of the career paths they chose.

Business is by far the most common field of study among undergraduates, with nearly a fifth of all college graduates saying they majored in the subject.
