Now that OneNote is free, and on just about any platform or device, it’s a handy tool to use as a whiteboard for meetings where participants attend remotely. The originator of the notebook shares it with meeting attendees and grants Edit permission.
This is done differently depending upon the version. The notebook will need to be in a shared network location or cloud storage, like OneDrive. Once shared, participants can add notes and drawings, create a new page or section as needed. No need to send out notes after the meeting, either!
