Checking email and doing other work outside of normal working hours may be increasing your stress levels, according to a Gallup survey of 4,475 U.S. working adults. Forty-eight percent of those who fre­­quently email for work outside of normal business hours reported experiencing a lot of stress, compared with 36% who never email outside working hours.
