"I don't understand," Janine told her friend Bart over lunch. "I've been telling Steve and the other team members for months that I need to start delegating more of my work. And Steve is my best performer; it's not like he can't handle the tasks. But whenever I approach him with an assignment, he runs and hides in the supply closet."
