Great tools to use while presenting

Display the slide list so you can choose where to go in a click with Ctrl+S. It avoids the “strobe light” effect as you page through your slides looking for the one you need.

Reveal the Taskbar by selecting Ctrl+T. This enables you to pop over to a Web browser to show a site or go to another application to display additional data. Handy for detailed Excel data.

Bring up the tools on the right-click menu, such as navigation and pen/pointer options, without clicking by hitting Shift+F10.
