Businesses in the developing world traditionally have been obsessed with seniority, and ambitious young people have been equally obsessed with finding paths to corporate seniority. Not anymore.

With the number of Internet users in BRICI countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China and Indonesia) doubling about every five years, mobile Web access is exploding, and young entrepreneurs are driving most of its business.
