With your cursor on the column titles in any Outlook view, click and drag the columns around to suit your particular needs. Right-click the column titles to select the Field Chooser and include additional fields by clicking and dragging them from the chooser onto the column title row. Once you have everything the way you want it, click the Change View button on the View tab, Current View group and select Save Current View as New View.
Just give it a name and return to it whenever you like.
