Is the report you print out in Excel clear as day until you get to page 2? If the column titles were on all the pages, would that help? It’s easy to do.
On the Page Layout tab, under the Page Setup group, click the Print Titles button. This will put you on the Page Setup dialog box in the Sheet tab. Place your cursor in the “Rows to repeat at top:” field. Then click any field on the row that has the column titles, usually the first row. In the field, you’ll now see $1:$1. Click the Print Preview button to see the effect of your change.
