Do you send similar replies to certain email messages? For example, when you receive an inquiry about your services, perhaps you reply with the same type of text, or slightly customize it. It’s easy to make a template with the Quick Steps feature (Outlook 2010-13).
Click the More button, and choose Create New. Name your Quick Step. Then, under Respond, choose Reply. Click the Show Options link and type your reply text in the Text box. Now, when you select an email and click this Quick Step, it will create an email with your entered text in compose mode for you to edit it before sending.
