You can hide multiple worksheets in one operation. But, you have to unhide them one at a time, unless you know Custom Views.
The Custom Views feature is on the View tab, in the Workbook Views group. First, with all of your worksheets unhidden, click Custom Views, then the Add button on the next dialog box. Name the view something like “All Showing.” Then, hide the worksheets as needed. Click the Custom Views button again, and name it something that you will recognize, like Acct. Detail Hidden.
Now you can find both views by clicking on the Custom Views button.
