Keyboard Shortcuts: PowerPoint Outline View

These shortcuts make it easier to navigate and organize large slide decks from the Outline tab of PowerPoint.

Collapse all slides to slide topics only by clicking ALT+Shift+1.

Expand an individual slide to show bullet points or slide content when you use ALT+Shift+Plus.

Break down a single slide to topic only by hitting ALT+Shift+Minus.

Open all slides to slide topics and content with ALT+Shift+A.
