Do you find that you frequently search the same way for your computer files?

Create a reusable search easily by starting on the Start button.

Type in your search word and then click See more results. You will see your search word in the upper right corner in Windows Explorer. Click into the field and notice that you can select other filters like Type and Date modified. Use these to refine your search.

Now look to the left over the file list for Save search. When you save it, it will now appear under Favorites on the left.
