Business Management Daily Announces Addition of New Employment Law Blog by Jon Hyman to Its Website
Falls Church, Va. — Business Management Daily announces the addition of a blogger to its website.
Hyman is a partner at Cleveland’s Kohrman Jackson & Krantz. His practice is focused on the representation of businesses in employment disputes. Hyman’s recent victories include defeating certification of a wage-and-hour class action and obtaining summary judgment in a discrimination and retaliation lawsuit.
“Jon Hyman is one of America’s leading thought leaders on employment law and a master at writing practical, what-it-means-to-you advice for employers,” says Pat DiDomenico, Business Management Daily’s editorial director. “Employers of all industries and sizes will benefit from Jon’s insights, which are short on legalese and long on real-world guidance for HR, managers and executives alike.”
Hyman also serves as an “outside in-house counsel” for businesses that don’t have an in-house labor and employment attorney. He drafts policies, audits HR practices and provides guidance on HR issues for these companies.
“We’re excited to have Jon join our website as a blogger,” says Business Management Daily’s Publisher Adam Goldstein. “His experience as an attorney representing companies in employment and labor disputes will enable him to provide sound guidance for our readers. And his clear, concise writing explains things in plain English, not legal jargon.”
In addition to The Legal Workplace Blog, Business Management Daily offers several other blogs, including Marie McIntyre’s Your Office Coach, Melissa Esquibel’s The Office Tech Pro and DiDomenico’s The HR Soapbox.
Business Management Daily provides plain-English, actionable news, information and tips to busy professionals in the areas of human resources, leadership, management, administrative skills, office technology, employment law, tax and more.
