I think Elance and Odesk are two great giants in outsourcing but what they focused is more on hiring part time jobs which was my ideal type of work before. Recently, I got referrals to work as a full time web developer (still from an outsourcing company) from different freelancing sites but only Staff.com that got my attention. Right now, I’m enjoying working with a UK client and I’m happy to stay for almost a year with them.
