Outlook attachments

by on
in Microsoft Email Outlook,Office Technology

Q. Can I copy someone on an email without sending them the attachments?

A. This is not yet a feature in Microsoft Outlook. One way around this is to send the message with the actual attachments only to the intended recipient. Then “reply” to the message from your Sent items. You may choose to cc the real cc recipients or address this email directly to them. The attachments will not be included. It’s not  automatic, but it accomplishes the goal.
