Q. Quick Parts are very useful in Word. Is there something like that in Outlook?
A. Yes, there is! Quick Parts! When composing email in Outlook 2007-2010, you will notice an Insert tab at the top. Click it, and look in the Text group to find Quick Parts. You can insert AutoText like your name or initials, or create custom Quick Parts.
For example, if you had a disclaimer or security warning you place at the top of your emails, you would type it out, select it, click the Quick Parts button and choose Save Selection to Quick Part Gallery. It will now be available every time you compose a message.
