Interesting article on various Virtual meeting Tools such as gotomeeting, WebEx etc. In addition to above, there are various other virtual tools such as gomeetnow, anymeeting etc. One can even consider deploying a web conferencing appliance such a RHUB appliances for hosting virtual meetings, web conferences, webinars etc.

Hi There,

Interesting article on virtual meeting solutions. When you have a chance, you might want to check out AnyMeeting.com because it’s making a splash in video conferencing solutions for small businesses. AnyMeeting is one of the most full featured video conferencing and webinar services available and it is completely free. You can host small meetings with up to 6 way video conferencing, or large webinars with up to 200 people. You can record meetings and even sell tickets to your meetings. AnyMeeting is advertiser supported, so it will always be free. It’s a great free solution for web conferencing, and now it’s part of the Google Apps Marketplace as well, which is used by many small businesses and entrepreneurs. There is also an ad-free (paid) version available if you want to have the ads removed.

AnyMeeting was launched in 2010 and is giving the big guys (like GoToMeeting and WebEx) a run for their money in features and quality of service. I’m not sure if it’s a service that is truly revolutionary, but it is helping a lot of small businesses experience the power of web and video conferencing in a way that is very budget friendly.
