From good to great

by on
in Best-Practices Leadership,Leaders & Managers

The difference between leaders and great leaders boils down to three things:

1. The magnitude of their impact, i.e., the influence of their message. Examples: Jesus and Mohammed.

2. The length of their impact. How long leaders remain as a direct influence and guide to their followers. Examples: Napoleon and Caesar have been studied through the centuries.

3. The number of followers. It’s the ultimate endorsement.
