Stephen Taylor of Canton, co-owner of Marietta-based 20/20 Payroll Solutions, pleaded guilty to stealing $4 million in employee taxes from more than 100 clients during the past two years. Those clients now must repay their taxes.

Taylor faces up to 20 years in prison and fines up to $250,000.

Advice: Ask every vendor that handles your money for copies of all tax documents, not just statements.
