Questions to pose when you’re feeling stuck or overwhelmed:
1. Ask, “Who?” not “How?” When you feel stuck or overwhelmed, stop trying to figure out “how” and instead train your brain to say, “Who might know the next step?” or “Who might help?”
2. Ask “What’s essential?” That question allows the unnecessary to disappear so you can focus on what’s really of value.
3. Ask “When?” Maybe this isn’t the right time for a task. If you don’t have all the information you need, put the project on hold until you do.
