Teamsters Local 529 has ended its strike against the Philadelphia Produce Terminal, the second largest such facility in the nation.

The Teamsters will get a small wage increase and better health benefits. The new contract leaves open the possibility of fully funded and protected pensions.

The terminal is set to move to a new $218 million, 667,000-square-foot facility in the next few months. The new facility is more than three times the size of the current one.
