Help attendees convert decisions into action after the meeting ends.

Here’s how:

1. Stock your meeting room with a computer and a large monitor.

2. Create a single document. Incorporate the group’s comments, ideas, questions, criticisms and insights. Project it on the monitor for everyone to see.

3. Print out and distribute copies of the document at the meeting’s end.

Result: Everyone will be clear on what happened and the action items. And no need to create a follow-up document.
