Choose screen size people can see

If you’re planning to deliver a slide-based presentation, make sure to use a screen that’s big enough to do the job. Whether you prepare PowerPoint slides or use transparencies with an overhead projector, follow these guidelines:

   Audience           Screen size diagonally

3-5 people              21 inches

6-9 people              29 inches

10-15 people          37 inches

16-35 people          60 inches

36-50 people          72 inches

51-140 people        120 inches

141-220 people      150 inches
