Q It appears someone in the office is sabotaging the work of one of my telecommuting employees. I know there’s some jealousy. What can I do?
A Point out this sabotage to the whole staff and explain that since only trustworthy employees are allowed to telecommute, the telework program can’t be expanded until the sabotage stops. Another option: Create team incentives so that on-site employees’ bonuses are tied to the success of the entire unit—including the telecommuting workers.
