You’re constantly trying to get employees to buy in. Lately, they aren’t.

Solution: Tailor your strategy to your audience. For those predisposed to agree with you, supply facts and figures so they can confirm their understanding and get started. If they’re resistant, emphasize what’s in it for them. Let them share their concerns and be sure to address each one. Straight information won’t persuade them.
