Got a question about how to save for the kids’ college education? Or how much you can sock away in your IRA? Ask the experts. This online resource offers one-on-one answers:

At Kitchen Table Advice (www.kitchentableadvice.com), you can submit a personal-finance question, and financial-planning expert Ray Andree will dish out an answer for free.

“When people think about saving money for retirement, college, or some big-ticket purchase, they often don’t know where to start,” Andree says of his “clients.” “Others may want a second opinion on something they were told but didn’t really understand what was said.”

I am 64, female, and have a 30 year old disabled son. I have 100 thousand in an ira, and 170 thousand in bonds and mutual funds. When I die, I want my son to receive A MONTHLY INCOME, WITHOUT being able to spend the principal. How do I do this??
