First, write down at random the names of any two people on your team. Then, ask these questions:
- “Do their individual strengths complement each other, equipping them to handle certain tasks as a pair?” Often, people’s strengths become much greater when combined.
- “Should they not be assigned certain tasks?” That’s information that you need to have, too.
