You don’t have to break the bank to bring in a golf pro. Besides the PGA, you can hire pros from the Senior PGA (men over 50), the LPGA (women) and the Nationwide (up-and-coming men). Prices range from $2,500 to $7,500 a day for a Nationwide player to $100,000 a day for a top PGA player.
Your pro’s personality should complement your group’s, so visit www.pgatour.com and click on “Players” to find biographies.
Most players have Mondays and Tuesdays free, and you can check their schedules on the Website to see what other times they may be available. Once you’ve narrowed your search, call the PGA Tour headquarters, and ask for a list of players’ agents.
