Ensure that unauthorized users cannot penetrate your organization’s computer system. How? Have each employee select a private user name and password. Make sure they don’t share this information with anyone else, and require that they change their passwords at regular intervals. Advise them not to use their children’s or pet’s names and to include at least some numbers in the password. Finally, arrange for passwords to be at least six characters long, if not eight.
