Store project-related e-mail messages in desktop folders for future reference. In Outlook, drag the e-mail to an open Windows folder, such as “My Documents.” Rename the file if the subject line isn’t clear. Now you’ll have everything related to a project—messages, documents, spreadsheets, slideshows, etc.—in one place.
