Then a worker brought a big yoga ball to work, putting it where her office chair had been. She said it was to help her posture, and to help her relax. First, others laughed. Then they took turns bouncing on it. Soon everyone in the department brought a yoga ball to sit on.
“It just inserted an element of fun and has been refreshing,” spokeswoman Hillary Bates says.
