It’s OK to be unconventional
Here’s an idea from the folks who believe in weird ideas: “Decide to do something that will probably fail, then convince yourself and everyone else that success is certain.”
And here’s how they say to accomplish this: —Adapted from Hire crackpots, heretics and dreamers, particularly if they also are optimists. Hire people who can assure others of a payoff for hard and smart work. Replace yourself with someone who believes success is inevitable, if you can’t convince yourself it’s possible.
