    The dish: A discrimination stew too good for the EEOC to resist.
    Daniel Boulud, the impresario behind the Upper East Side sensation Restaurant Daniel and four other hot spots, has signed an EEOC consent decree agreeing to pay $80,000 to eight Latin American and Bangladeshi busboys. They alleged Restaurant Daniel routinely promoted white French employees to coveted server positions over more experienced employees who didn’t match the “look” Boulud prefers in employees who meet the public.
    Boulud will also institute a promotion policy that an EEOC lawyer called “a model for the restaurant industry.”
