Example: JFK Medical Center's Ship-A-Weigh program allows employees to drop off packages all year long on Wednesday and Friday mornings, and more often during the holidays. Employees save 40 percent on shipping by using the mailroom, and they can pay for their postage in cash or by check. The Florida medical center also has a stamp machine in its cafeteria.
