Here's a simple way to cut your health costs: Encourage managers to lower their voice and treat employees more fairly.

Reason: Employees who work under bosses who are judged to be unfair and unreasonable have higher blood pressure, according to a new study in Occupational and Environmental Medicine. In the long term, this could increase an employee's heart-attack risk. Conversely, employees registered a slight decrease in blood pressure when under supervision of a boss they considered fair.
