Review workplace treatment of Hispanic employees

Reason: The federal government is reaching out to Hispanic people to make them more aware of their workplace rights. Latest effort: The EEOC launched a new Spanish-language version of its Web site at www.eeoc.gov/es. That could generate an increased number of discrimination complaints from Spanish-speaking employees. The site is the latest result of a Bush administration executive order that requires federal agencies to ensure more access to services for people with limited or no English proficiency.
