A. You can find details on federal posting requirements (and download posters) at the Labor Department's main poster site, www.dol.gov/osbp/sbrefa/poster. If you're a small employer, go to www.dol.gov/osbp/sbrefa/poster/matrix.htm.
Also, states may have their own posting rules. New York, for example, requires at least five additional forms. State labor department Web sites will list those requirements. Find your state's site at www.dol.gov/esa/contacts/state_of.htm.
