If you're looking to fill seasonal or permanent positions, check out a new government program that helps employers hook up with college students with disabilities.
The Labor Department's Workforce Recruitment Program (WRP) database is now updated for 2005. It lists profiles of ready-to-work undergraduates, graduates and law students from more than 200 colleges in all majors. Employers can mine the database for free.
For more details on the WRP and how to access the directory, go to www.dol.gov/odep/programs/workforc.htm.
