Question: "With the U.S. Senate starting to debate immigration reform, many HR pros are worried that Congress has no idea how the current worker-verification system really works. The country needs to create a fair way for hard-working people to become accepted members of society. Undocumented people who are working hard and paying taxes should be allowed to become citizens and work legally.

We're reading and hearing a lot about immigration raids around the country. The current laws really put HR in a "no-win" situation. I don't know what the answer is. I don't want total amnesty, but Congress needs to do something.
