Jeremy David Schweickert will serve a 27-month sentence in federal prison for his part in a scheme to defraud his former employer, Tampa-based OSI Restaurant Partners.

Schweickert and co-conspirators Mark Watson and Owen Galvin created false invoices and induced OSI and a subsidiary to wire money to shell companies they controlled.

In addition to serving prison time, Schwieckert must pay $212,368 in restitution.
